SUGARCANE raw bar grill, with locations in the Design District of Midtown Miami, on Restaurant Row at The Venetian® Las Vegas, and soon to open in the Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn, is currently seeking FOH and BOH positions. Inspired by international influences, celebrated Executive Chef & Partner Timon Balloo prepares globally inspired dishes to encourage a “shared” dining experience for guests through its small plates-style menu. Here, you’ll find bold flavors, artisanal cocktails, and one of the largest selections of rum in the region. Three kitchen concepts – raw bar, open fire grill, and traditional kitchen – unite for a fresh take on tradition and a unique culmination of flavor. Embarking on a quest for the simple pleasures of life: eating well, kicking back and celebrating with friends.

Since its opening in January 2010, SUGARCANE raw bar grill has enjoyed a great amount of critical acclaim, including being named a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant at the prestigious 2011 James Beard Awards.
